Food That Helps Regulate Sweating

In addition to the foods you need to include in the diet, there are also some products that stimulate sweating. You should avoid: coffee, carbonated drinks, black tea, sugars, garlic, onions and spicy foods.

Foods rich in calcium

Replace the red meat with fish, such as salmon or sardine, which contains a large amount of calcium. Yogurt is also a good source of calcium, which acts as a temperature regulator. Orange, broccoli and dairy products have a similar effect.

Food rich in fiber

Forest fruits, nuts, leafy vegetables, and whole cereals are recommended to form most of the foods when temperatures are higher.

Watermelon is a great idea because it is a good source of vitamin B, fiber and water. This fruit is easily digested and has a large amount of water, which keeps you hydrated.
