The phlegm or mucus is a sticky substance in your body which is produced by the mucous membranes.

TO PREPARE THIS SYRUP YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lemon
- 250 ml fresh water
- 1 cup of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of sage
- A tbsp of flaxseed
- 1 tbsp of Root Marshmallow
Mix the water and the maple, and cook for 15 minutes on low to medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients to this mix and cook on low temperature for another 15 minutes. When it’s cooked put the mix in the refrigerator.
Consume a tablespoon of this syrup 3 times a day. You will notice the results after a couple of days.
